Remove even tough scratches and D/A marks from your gelcoat surface, renewing the shine while preparing for further polishing with Four Star Marine Gelcoat Heavy Cut!

Four Star Marine Gelcoat Heavy Cut is formulated to quickly and easily remove P800 and finer sand scratches and D/A marks, renewing the appearance of even the hardest of gelcoats. Best results are achieved by using an air or electric polisher equipped with a Four Star Aggressor wool buffing pad. To improve finish even further and add more shine to your gelcoat finish, follow with Four Star Gelcoat Finishing Compound.

• Surface to be buffed should be clean, dry and free of contaminants.
• Equip air or electric circular polisher with a Four Star Aggressor wool buffing pad.
• Set circular polisher between 1200-1800 RPM.
• Apply Gelcoat Heavy Cut to surface to be buffed.
• Spread product before starting machine to reduce product sling.
• Start machine using medium pressure while working in a 2' by 2' area.
• Move machine slowly back and forth keeping pad flat to surface at all times.
• Reduce pressure as product begins to dry.
• Spur buffing pad and with light pressure rebuff until most residue is gone.
• Wipe remaining residue off using a clean microfiber towel.
